This is for ONE big sister OR little sister pendant. These pendants are created from sterling silver discs. The larger one is 3/4" in diameter and either "big sister" or "little sister" can be hand stamped onto the bottom curve of the piece.    A 1/2" sterling silver disc is then hand stamped with the child's name, along with a Swarovski channel pendant with their birthstone.
