How the Paypal cart works:
  • The Paypal cart accepts payment, but does not ask you for your name (personalisation) details. 
  • You must pay for your item first before I can be made aware of what item you would like.
  • AFTER your payment is made Paypal will email me to inform me of your payment.
  • I will then email you (using the email that you provide Paypal) and I will ask you for your personalisation details in that email.

  

1. How can I pay for my item/s?

You can pay instantly online with the online stores Paypal facility.

However if you wish to use another method, I also accept the following methods of payment:

  • Money Order
  • Bank Deposit (online Direct Debit)
  • Personal or Bank Cheque

2. Is postage included in the cost of each item?  

No. Postage will need to be added during the purchase of your item and  is for Australia only. Your item/s will be packed securely to ensure their safe arrival to you. Please be aware that I only send items via Registered Post, so that items are trackable and insured for up to $100. This allows us both to know that your items will arrive quickly and safely!

Please contact me prior to ordering for international orders and postage.

3. Can I return my item if I don't like it?  

Unfortunately I cannot refund or exchange due to change of mind .

Please take your time to choose carefully and feel free to ask me any questions that you have about the item prior to making your purchase.

However, if your item has a fault, please contact  me as soon as possible so that I can correct the situation immediately. Your satisfaction with my product and service is my number 1 priority.

On all our jewellery, we offer a 30 day guarantee against faulty materials or manufacturer faults and we will gladly repair or replace your jewellery.

4. How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Currently there is a 4 to 6 week (approx 35 working days) turn around from when the funds are cleared, your item is individually made, and sent to you. If you need your item more quickly, please contact me via email to check on updated waiting times.

However, on some itmes there is a 10 week wait. Items with such a long wait will have instructions on this wait in the item description.

Some of my suppliers are based in the US and delivery of the items can be slowed down due to postal services.

Most items are delivered in 4 weeks.

Please note that funds must clear prior to the commencement of the jewellery making process.

  

5. What is the best way to care for my jewellery?

As a general guide:

  • To ensure your jewellery stays as beautiful as when you purchased it, store in an air tight plastic zipper bag to help prevent tarnishing and scratching.
  • Clean with a jewellery polishing cloth.
  • Do not use liquid jewellery cleaner as it will take the oxidation out of the sterling silver.
  • Avoid wearing your jewellery whilst sleeping, swimming or showering and avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and cleaners.

You will recieve a care card with your purchase.
